Set against the backdrop of Lake Chelan’s late-summer light, this intimate dinner will feature CVF-raised, grass-fed & finished lamb and peak-season produce, all prepared with care by local culinary talent. You’ll also enjoy a sneak preview of our new Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon – crafted just steps from where you’ll dine.
